Will the care I usually receive from my GP be affected?No, you can continue to visit your doctor to receive the care you would normally receive, provided the health issues are unrelated to the trial. We'll keep your GP updated on the details of your participation.

How do I take part?You can register your interest by filling in the form provided. We will then give you with all the information you require, so that you can make an informed decision. You should also discuss your intention to participate with family members and others close to you.

Can I change my mind?Yes, you are free to withdraw from a trial at any time, without giving any reason.

What is a placebo?A placebo is an inactive product used to assess the how effect the treatment is. The volunteer, the doctor and research team may not know which volunteer receives placebo and which receives the active treatment.

Is my information kept confidential?Our team will make sure that all information is kept confidential and will not be shared without your permission or if it is required by the law

Will it cost me anything to participate?All visits, tests and procedures relating to the study are free of charge and you may be compensated for your time and travel.
